Relay I/O modules with SPST, DPST and SPDT configurations and fault insertion I/O modules

Speedgoat offers a range of relay I/O modules with SPST, DPST and SPDT configurations. For low signal levels, use I/O modules with instrument grade Ruthenium reed relays with a low thermal offset voltage to ensure accurate operation under all conditions and a long service life. For higher voltages and currents, use I/O modules with electro-mechanical relays.

Each I/O module comes with Simulink Real-Time™ driver blocks, Simulink test models, and comprehensive documentation.

Speedgoat provide a comprehensive range of fault insertion I/O modules. These modules are specifically designed for safety critical applications, often in aerospace or automotive industries, where the behaviour of a control system in response to unusual sensor conditions must be fully evaluated. Typically they would be used in hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing to apply sensor conditions which could occur because of corrosion, short/open circuits and other electrical failure inherited through age, damage or faulty installation. The modules greatly simplify and accelerate this type of testing.
