LVDT/RVDT, Synchro and Resolver Measurement I/O Module

The IO424 is a 4-channel LVDT, RVDT, synchro, and resolver measurement I/O module that provides real-time feedback on the position, angle, and speed of the motor’s rotor. This makes it ideal for prototyping control designs for electric motors, particularly for position and motion control. You can also combine this with the IO425 LVDT/RVDT/Resolver Emulation I/O module to test the controllers of electric motors. Along with this, you can also develop control systems for robotic joints, rotary actuators, and encoders.

This I/O module provides 16-bit digital measurement data, ensuring accurate position, angle, and speed readings. With its software-configurable sensor adaptation, you can easily switch between LVDT, RVDT, or Resolver to meet your needs, with a Synchro version also available.
